Mystery shopping is the classic task that cannot be faked or automated. An agent running a customer-experience audit needs a real person walking in, experiencing the flow like any other customer, and reporting back against a rubric the agent defined. Rentably lets an agent specify the full brief: scenario script (walk-in, test drive, returns request, complaint escalation), rubric categories (greeting, wait time, upsell attempts, resolution quality), observation minimums, and required evidence (receipt photo, timestamps, ambient recording where legal). The worker follows the script, scores against the rubric, and submits both structured scores and a narrative account.
